Sewing 101 Classes
Starting February 8, 2025
Class is every Saturday 1 p.m. – 3 pm.
I’m teaching basic sewing skills to anyone interested in learning about fabrics, thread, needles, stitches – how to sew on buttons, fix a seam or patch a hole in your clothes and also sew a basic hem. No experience necessary. Up to 10 people in a class, Ages 7 years and up. Registration required so please call.
You use my materials and machines or you can bring your own fabric and sewing machine to practice on. Each class per person is $25.

Kids Sewing Classes
Starting March 1, 2025
I’m a certified sewing instructor with the Kids Can Sew program.
Every Saturday 4 pm – 5 pm and Thursday 7 pm – 8 pm for girls and boys 7 -12 years of age only 4 children in each class. Each child receives a workbook and sewing patterns which they can finish in weeks or take a year, all the time you need because you work at your own pace.
You will learn to make your own clothing, some craft items, etc. a life long skill which is great to know at any age. I have openings for 4 children in our 5:30-6:30pm Thursday class.

Teens and adults are welcome to take classes also with sewing projects and patterns fitting more your sizing with the same pricing.
The cost is a one time charge of $40 for the registration fee (which covers the workbook and patterns that are yours to keep) plus $85 per month. Everyone works at their own pace and can cancel at anytime.
